You are not permitted to store liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, or perishables in your storage unit. If you have any questions regarding a specific item, simply contact your Storwell Storage facility.

Generally, you should pack your storage unit in a way that will make it easiest to access later on. This usually means carefully packing and labeling your boxes, keeping items you will use most frequently toward the front, and leaving a center aisle clear so that you can walk through your whole unit. 

Yes, you can! Storwell Storage accommodates online rentals and payments. Along with accepting credit and debit card payments, we can set up automatic payments for your account to make storage as easy as possible. Simply login to your account using your phone number or email and you'll see evertything you need to know about your unit and how to easily make a payment.

Our call center hours are Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 7 PM Pacific Time, and Sunday from 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time.

All of the units at Storwell Storage operate on a month-to-month basis. Your rent is due on the first of the month. If your lease begins mid-month, we will prorate your rent when you move in.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. If you are looking for a convenient option, you can sign up for autopay or simply pay your bill online directly from your accont.

Storwell Storage facilities require at least a three-day notice of your intent to vacate. Please call (877)751-5020, and a member of our customer service team will help you through the process.
